NCC
The ‘Aims’ of the NCC laid out in 1988 have stood the test of time and continue to meet the requirements expected of it in the current socio–economic scenario of the country. The NCC aims at developing character, comradeship, discipline, a secular outlook, the spirit of adventure and ideals of selfless service amongst young citizens. Further, it aims at creating a pool of organized, trained and motivated youth with leadership qualities in all walks of life, who will serve the Nation regardless of which career they choose. Needless to say, the NCC also provides an environment conducive to motivating young Indians to join the armed forces.
ROTRAY
Rotary Club Jamshedpur plays a vital role in local schools, fostering education and community development. Through initiatives like literacy programs, scholarship opportunities, and infrastructure support, it enhances educational access and quality. Rotarians engage with students through mentorship, workshops, and extracurricular activities, empowering them to excel academically and socially. The club's contributions extend beyond classrooms, promoting holistic development through health camps, sanitation projects, and career guidance sessions. Rotary Club Jamshedpur's collaborative efforts with schools create a nurturing environment for learning and growth, ensuring a brighter future for the youth and the community.

JYOTI, a youth platform in Jamshedpur, pioneered school-level talent search programs since the '80s. Now focused on humanitarian services across Jharkhand, it conducts Motivational Workshops, Rhapsody (Youth Fest), Basketball, and Volleyball Tournaments. Its membership certificates aid students' admissions nationwide. As Coordinator, I honor past leaders and appreciate the support of school Moderators and Managements, fostering JYOTI's enduring presence. Grateful for the journey, we aim for greater success.
